By placing an order with Coffee Education Network, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this document.


In these terms and conditions, ‘Coffee Education Network’, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ means Coffee Education Network Pty Ltd ABN 35 093 029 611. The words ’you’ and ‘your’ mean the person or entity contacting the Perfect Espresso website for any purpose.


We make shopping for Perfect Espresso books and training resources easy by offering a number of options for ordering through Coffee Education Network.

You may place an order ONLINE by using the shopping cart facility on this website.  Just go to PRODUCTS and follow the instructions.

Orders may also be placed with us by PHONE, EMAIL or MAIL.


Our catalog prices for the Perfect Espresso books and training resources are in Australian dollars and include GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax), which is set by the Australian Government at 10% of the cost. International orders are GST exempt.

We offer substantial discounts for bulk orders of some Perfect Espresso products. Please contact us for our Bulk Order Prices, if you think this may apply to you.

We also offer generous distributor prices on some Perfect Espresso publications. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a distributor and if eligible, we will discuss our Distributor Prices with you.

All prices are subject to change as determined by Coffee Education Network.

A packaging and postage fee of $15.00 for orders within Australia applies regardless of the quantity ordered. Please contact Coffee Education Network for international packaging and postage fees that will vary from country to country.


Full payment must be made at the time of ordering – unless an alternative arrangement for an account has been made with Coffee Education Network. Please note that strict conditions apply to this option.

If ordering online, payment must be made by Paypal. All transactions are made in Australian dollars.

If ordering by phone, email or mail, payment may be made in the following ways.

NOTE: Please be sure to add the appropriate cost for postage and packaging to avoid delay. (For Australian orders, this is $15.00 and for international orders you will need to contact Coffee Education Network)

For Australian orders, as well as through the Paypal facility on our website, payment may be made by Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard). Please note that we do not store your credit card information on our server. Payment may also be made by Direct Deposit. If you wish to take up this option, please contact us for our bank account details which will be provided once we have your order and the appropriate information from you. In some cases, we will also agree to payment by cheque or money order. Orders will be not be sent until such payments have been confirmed by us.

For international orders, payment may be made through the Paypal facility on our website or by direct deposit in to our bank account. Please note that since international orders are GST exempt, you will need to contact Coffee Education Network to receive a quote for an order and, if paying by direct deposit, our bank account details which will be supplied once we have the appropriate information from you. Orders will be not be sent until payment has been confirmed by us.


We package the Perfect Espresso books and training resources carefully to avoid damage and use only reputable carriers for the safe delivery of your order. We deliver by Australia Post and/or a courier service nominated by us. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.
We make every effort to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of the order and aim to have it delivered to you well within 7 days after despatch.  However, most orders usually reach our customers in a much shorter timeframe. Delivery time does depend on distance and remoteness of the destination.
If your require an order urgently, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request by giving your order special attention and using express services, if possible. Extra charges may apply for this service.


We are proud of the quality of our Perfect Espresso books and training resources and the way we package and send them to you. However, if a product should reach you in a less than satisfactory condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of its delivery to let us know.

Coffee Education Network will replace any product found to be defective due to a production or handling error on our part. Please note that delivery and shipping costs of defective products are non-refundable.

We are not liable where a defect is caused by fair wear and tear, by careless or improper handling, or by other abuse or misuse caused by you or a third party. We are not liable where any defect, loss or damage is caused to the goods during delivery or shipping. We do not take responsibility for any products returned without a return authorisation by us. Personal preference or changing your mind is not considered a reason for return and refund.
Before we will replace a product, proof of purchase must be supplied and the defective product returned to Coffee Education Network.

A refund will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Commonwealth) and the respective state Sale of Goods Act legislation.
